We run Monday to Friday during the Summer holidays, offering two exciting hours daily packed with laughter and surf adventures.
Our Kids Surf Camps are suitable for those aged 8-16 years. From beginner to improvers level, we deliver coaching to each individuals ability
Nestled on the stunning West Coast of Ireland, Aloha Surf School brings the thrill of surfing to life at the iconic Fanore Beach, renowned for its golden sands and epic waves.
We offer our Surf Camps at a discounted price for the 5 days. There is also then option of joining a one off lesson also

We understand that a young person’s first encounters with the ocean shape lifelong attitudes. That's why our Kids and Teens Surf Camps focus on providing a fun and safe introduction to the sport of surfing. In our Surf Camps we progress the learning over the week to allow our young surfers gain confidence in the ocean and learn all the necessary skills to stay safe and have fun in the waves. Experiencing the thrill of surfing and learning valuable skills in a fun and safe environment.

Our Instructors are highly qualified, experienced Beach Lifeguards and Surf Coaches. Fully certified in Child Protection and Garda vetted. Super fun and super patient!
Lessons take place in maximum waist depth water with instructors alongside at all times. This is our 21st year of running Surf Camps so safe to say we know what we're doing!
Each day, alongside surfing, we explore important topics like surf safety, rip currents, and tides. All the necessary skills for a lifetime of fun in the waves.
Aloha run our kids surf camps (non-residential) during the Easter and Summer school holidays. As always, 2 fun packed hours each day open to all kids from ages 8-16 years.

Frequently Asked Questions
Yes all equipment is included, You just need your swim gear, towel and some warm clothes for afterwards. We provide surfboards, warm wetsuits and boots. In the colder months we also provide gloves and hoods
Our lessons are held in maximum waist depth water with an instructor in the water at all times. However you do need to have some basic swimming ability and be able to thread water
Our lesson times revolve around the tide times. These change daily and so our lesson times can be at different times according to the tide times for that day. Contact us for additional times that may not be in our booking calendar yet
We limit the numbers in our sessions so the earlier you book the better in order to guarantee availability
We always run in the rain as you’re getting wet anyway! If it looked like sea conditions were going to be unsuitable, we might adapt our activity for that day. Otherwise we would try reschedule or refund. Please check our Terms and Conditions for more details
The most people you would have with one instructor would be 8 people
As we progress the learning over the week, we recommend doing the 5 days. It is only possible to book in for the 5 days as your child will also be taking up one of the limited places on that camp
Yes there are toilets at the beach and also outdoor showers available
